Right here, in Civitella d’Agliano, there is a legendary producer that goes by the name of Sergio Mottura. His family has owned the estate since 1933 and here, as stated in the Orvieto land registry records, the best wine in the area has been produced since 1292.\u201d (from the book \u201cOrvieto Doc\u201d by Daniele Cernilli).
