{"id":6277,"date":"2024-11-25T21:28:20","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T19:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sergiomottura.com\/?p=6277"},"modified":"2024-11-25T21:36:31","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T19:36:31","slug":"premio-leonildo-pieropan-2024-sergio-mottura-eng","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sergiomottura.com\/en\/news-2\/premio-leonildo-pieropan-2024-sergio-mottura-eng\/","title":{"rendered":"Sergio Mottura awarder with the &#8220;Leonildo Pieropan&#8221; prize 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1566912823625{padding-top: 4px !important;padding-bottom: 42px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]The assembly of the FIVI members took place on Monday, November 25th 2024, in Bologna, during the 13th<strong>\u00a0Mercato dei Vini dei Vignaioli Indipendenti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Besides being an important opportunity to discuss and share the objectives of the association, the assembly was the occasion to award<strong> Sergio Mottura, Winemaker in Lazio, the Prize \u201cLeonildo Pieropan\u201d 2024<\/strong>, in memory of the unforgotten Winemaker of Soave, one of the pioneers and founders of FIVI.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is the reason for the award: \u201c<em>From Turin to the Tuscia countryside, from the engineering studies to the management of the family business, Sergio Mottura has come a long way. Sergio Mottura&#8217;s story is part of the great history of Italian viticulture and winemaking. By becoming a member of FIVI, Sergio found his ideal &#8220;home&#8221; where he could develop the passion for his territory, a cultural approach to his job and the protection of the agricultural landscape while safeguarding future generations<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[Photo by Michele Purin.
