The restaurant is normally reserved for our overnight guests or for small groups (a minimum of 6 people). If you are not staying overnight please call us in advance to make a booking.

Breakfast and dinner are served in our elegant dining rooms overlooking the piazza, and we offer a set menu of 5 or 6 courses featuring the traditional dishes of the three regions whose borders meet here: Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. The focus is on “simple” countryside recipes using locally-sourced seasonal produce: game, poultry, herbs and organic fruit and vegetables. Naturally all dishes are chosen to complement our award-winning wines, and we are always delighted to explain the pairings and guide you in choosing the most appropriate wines for each course.

Children are very welcome and will be served a special menu.

Before dinner, guests can also visit the ancient underground cellars carved out of the rock beneath the house, and begin the evening with an initial tasting of Sergio Mottura's wines introduced and presented by the winemaker himself.
