An onion-skin pink rosé, on the nose it offers intense notes of fresh fruit and red and black cherry – delicate and lingering. In the mouth it is robust, warm and enveloping with a fresh full-flavoured finish.
Made with well-ripened red grapes but left in contact with the skins for only a few hours, it possesses the complexity of a red wine but without any forceful tannins. The result is a very good wine, extremely easy to pair with a huge variety of foods. Ideal for buffets where a single wine is to be served, it works equally well with pasta, grilled fish and meat and vegetable-based dishes. A wonderful aperitif to serve with a selection of cheeses.
